We'd like to produce giftcards after one year that can be given as gifts or bought as a year subscription to allow cheaper restaurant prices for regular customers.
One year after opening we'd like to introduce a bar to our restaurant. This is to help attract a different audience and can allow people to hang out together on a Saturday Afternoon for the football.
We'd like to start branching out all over Scotland by this time. This obviously depends on success with the first restaurant.
Along with more branches opening we'd like to offer more jobs and we hope this leads to around 5000 staff being employed by our restaurant.
We'd like to start looking worldwide at where we could open up restaurants to give the world a chance to experience our excellent restaurant.
